Front Range Commercial Property Inspectors ("FRCPI," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at frcpi.com (the "Site"). Information We Collect

Information You Provide Voluntarily

When you submit a form on our Site (such as a contact form, booking request, or inquiry), your information is collected and processed by Zite, a third-party form provider. This may include:

Analytics Data

We use Umami, a privacy-focused, open-source analytics platform, to understand how visitors use our Site. Umami is designed to be privacy-friendly and operates without cookies. It does not collect or store any personally identifiable information. The anonymized data Umami collects includes:

  • Pages visited and time spent on the Site
  • Referring website (how you arrived at our Site)
  • General geographic region (country or city level, derived from anonymized IP data)
  • Browser type and device type
  • Operating system

Umami does not track individual users across sessions, does not use cookies, and does not collect fingerprinting data. All analytics data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify any individual visitor.

Bunny Fonts (Font Delivery)

We use Bunny Fonts as our font delivery CDN. Bunny Fonts is a GDPR-compliant, privacy-respecting alternative to Google Fonts. It does not log or store personally identifiable information, does not set cookies, and does not track visitors. Font files are served from Bunny's global CDN to improve page load performance.

Cloudflare Pages (Website Hosting)

Our Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process limited technical data (such as IP addresses) as part of delivering web pages to your browser and providing security protections (such as DDoS mitigation). This processing is necessary for the legitimate operation of the Site. You can review Cloudflare's privacy policy for more information.

Umami (Analytics)

As described above, Umami provides cookieless, privacy-focused website analytics. No personally identifiable information is collected or stored by Umami.
