Working With Agents
We work with commercial real estate agents and brokers throughout Colorado who need reliable, timely inspection services for their clients' transactions.
Agent Resources
How We Support Your Transactions
Commercial real estate transactions move on tight timelines. Your clients need inspection results they can trust, reports their lenders will accept, and an inspector who communicates clearly and meets deadlines. That is what we deliver.
What We Provide to Agents
Reports That Close Deals
Our ASTM© E2018-24 compliant reports are formatted for the standards that commercial lenders, investors, and underwriters require. Your client's financing team will not send the report back for revisions or request a different inspector. We get it right the first time because we understand what the receiving parties need to see.
Responsive Communication
We know that agents are managing multiple parties, timelines, and moving pieces. When you call or email, you reach our team directly. We provide status updates proactively, flag scheduling concerns early, and keep you informed throughout the process so you are never chasing us for information.
Timeline Reliability
We commit to specific turnaround times in our proposals and we meet them. Standard report delivery is 5 to 7 business days from the on-site inspection. When your transaction requires expedited delivery, we tell you upfront whether we can accommodate it and what it involves. We do not make promises we cannot keep.
Clear, Objective Findings
Our reports present factual observations and professional opinions. We do not exaggerate conditions to alarm buyers, and we do not minimize findings to protect deals. Agents on both sides of a transaction can rely on our reports as an honest assessment of the property's condition. That objectivity protects your reputation and your client's interests.
Client-Ready Deliverables
Every report includes an executive summary designed for non-technical readers. Your clients can understand the key findings, the associated costs, and the timeline implications without needing an engineering degree. When they do have questions, we make ourselves available to walk them through the report directly.
Working Together
Your Role in the Process
The most effective inspections happen when agents help coordinate property access, connect us with the property manager or on-site contact, and share any known conditions or concerns upfront. We handle everything else: scheduling, documentation requests, the inspection itself, and report delivery.
Repeat Engagements
Many of the agents we work with bring us into every commercial transaction they handle. We value these ongoing relationships and prioritize scheduling for agents who work with us regularly. Over time, we learn your clients' expectations, your preferred communication style, and the lenders you typically work with, which makes every subsequent engagement smoother.
Referring Your Clients
If your client needs a commercial property inspection in Colorado, we welcome the introduction. You can direct them to our booking form or have them call us at (719) 301-3244. We will take it from there and keep you informed throughout the process.
Our Credentials
We are CCPIA© Certified Commercial Property Inspectors who deliver reports compliant with CCPIA© COMSOP standards and ASTM© E2018-24 guidelines. We carry both general liability and errors and omissions (E&O) insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
