Inspection Services Disclaimer

The information provided on this Site, including descriptions of our commercial property inspection services, is for general informational purposes only. Please understand the following regarding our inspection services:

  • Professional opinions, not guarantees: Inspection reports represent the professional opinions of our inspectors based on observable conditions at the time of the inspection. They are not guarantees, warranties, or certifications of the condition of any property.
  • Limitations of inspections: Commercial property inspections are limited to accessible and visible areas of a property. Inspectors cannot observe conditions that are concealed, inaccessible, or not present at the time of the inspection. Latent or hidden defects may exist that cannot be detected through a visual inspection.
  • Not engineering or legal advice: Our inspection reports do not constitute engineering analyses, environmental assessments, code compliance certifications, or legal opinions. Disclaimer of Warranties

Form Submissions

Our Site uses Zite to process form submissions. When you submit a form on our Site, your information is transmitted to and processed by Zite in accordance with their terms of service and privacy policy. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Severability

Waiver

The failure of FRCPI to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by FRCPI.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Front Range Commercial Property Inspectors regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the same subject matter. These Terms do not alter or supersede the terms of any separate inspection agreement or contract between you and FRCPI.
